Well, I left Boca Raton Academy during middle school, I think it was 1980. I kept in touch somewhat with some of the crew. I was on cross country team, but the football coach kept coming after me. I had the big, fast apple II computer at the time, and had one of those fast 300 Baud modems. This was when you got demerits for “overt show of effection” in the hallways, or other crazy reasons to see the dean.
I remember a girl named shelly who looked tall as a tree in middle school, but half my size when I stopped by during high school. I remember a fellow student who got away with murder because his mom was the school nurse. Maybe some photos would remind me more.
Well for update, I went on to Boca Middle, then Boca High, Then the new Spanish River high, a year after it opened, and graduated in 1986 on sechedule. Now I am an attorney practicing in Pompano Beach, and am still hunting for that perfect match to make my life complete.
